These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of VBar. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VBar, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a coaching account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VBar only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the service — including by uploading harmful content, attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, disrupting the platform, or infringing the rights of others.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create — coached athletes, programs, logs, and messages. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

VBar is a software tool for organizing coaching and training. It does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice. Coaches and athletes are solely responsible for the programming and training decisions made using the platform, and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans, trial periods, and billing terms are described at sign-up. Where applicable, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep VBar available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VBar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
